For clients in Guatemala: We offer 3 to 10 VisaCuotas installments with an additional 8% fee.

The Branding process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the scope and needs of each project. Our creative process is divided into three phases: Strategy & Personality, Visual Identity, and Brand Collateral.

Your Brand Guidelines will include all the fonts selected for your brand, along with links to purchase and/or download them.

Please keep in mind that you’ll want to set aside a small budget for font licensing, as some fonts require a paid license for use. Most font licenses cost less than $30, making it easy to access and use your brand fonts properly.

We’ll communicate primarily through email, Google Chat, Google Meet, and Notion. Once your project is booked, we’ll share all the details and let you know how each platform will be used throughout the process.

Editable source files are part of Helado Amarillo’s creative process and are therefore not included in the final deliverables.

Instead, you’ll receive a complete folder with all the final files for your visual identity, prepared and optimized for both print and digital use. This means you’ll have everything you need to work with printers, manufacturers, and other vendors without any inconvenience.

All files are delivered in professional, industry-standard formats compatible with different providers, so you won’t need the editable source files to use your brand confidently and consistently.
