This service is an extension of our Branding service and is available exclusively to clients who have developed their branding with Helado Amarillo. By having a deep understanding of your brand’s strategy and visual identity from the start, I can create content that maintains clear, consistent communication and stays aligned with your brand’s essence.

• Brand consistency across all deliverables.

• Individually designed posts, delivered as ready-to-publish JPG files.

• Optimized for Instagram and Facebook.

• High-resolution files.

• Content Creation or Copywriting. All content, including copy, information, and materials needed for each post, must be provided by the Client.

• Photography or Video Production. This service does not include photography or video production. When appropriate, stock imagery with appropriate usage rights may be sourced to complement the design.

• Social Media Management. This service does not include social media management, scheduling, posting, responding to messages or comments, or community management.

• Digital Advertising. This service does not include the creation, management, or strategy of paid advertising campaigns.

• Editable source files are not included.

1. Content Submission
The Client provides the content, photos, videos, and any necessary information.

2. Design Process
Custom graphics are created based on your brand guidelines and marketing goals.

3. Review & Feedback
You receive the designs and may request up to three rounds of revisions.

4. Final Delivery
Approved designs are delivered as ready-to-publish JPG files.

Initial concepts are delivered within 6–8 business days after receiving all required content.

All I need from you is the content you’d like to publish, such as photographs, copy, promotions, or topics you’d like to communicate. I’ll take care of transforming that content into engaging, polished designs ready to publish.

If you don’t have photography available, I can also source high-quality stock imagery with appropriate usage rights, carefully selected and adapted to your brand’s visual style.

Your content can be designed in any of the following formats:

• Static Post

• Story

• Reel Cover

• Carousel

• Payment is due monthly and must be received before the month's design work begins.

• Additional revision rounds will be billed at $35 per round.

• Final files are delivered in JPG format only.

• Any work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
