THE DESIGN PROCESS

• Each project includes up to three rounds of revisions, unless otherwise specified in the corresponding service or package.

• Revisions are intended for refining the approved design direction and making adjustments to the existing design. They do not include the development of an entirely new concept.

• The Client is responsible for reviewing and approving the final design before delivery.

• Final files will be delivered in the format(s) specified for the selected service or package.

• The estimated turnaround time may vary depending on how quickly the Client provides the required content, materials, feedback, and approvals.

• Work will begin once the required materials and payment have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional Revisions
If the Client requests revisions beyond the rounds included in the selected service or package, an additional fee of 10% of the project total per additional revision round will apply, with a minimum fee of $10 USD.

Additional revisions are intended for adjustments to the existing design and do not include the development of an entirely new design concept.

Changes After Final Delivery
Any changes requested after the final files have been delivered will be subject to an additional fee of 15% of the project total per request, with a minimum fee of $10 USD. Additional fees may vary depending on the scope and complexity of the requested changes.

No additional fee will be charged to correct an error made by Helado Amarillo, provided that the correction is requested within 15 calendar days of final delivery. Requests made after this period may be subject to an additional fee.

PROJECT PAUSES & INACTIVITY

To keep the creative process moving smoothly, the Client is expected to remain responsive throughout the project.

If more than 10 calendar days pass without receiving the necessary content, feedback, approvals, or payment from the Client, the project may be placed on hold.

If the project remains inactive after multiple follow-ups from Helado Amarillo, it may be considered paused.

If the Client wishes to resume a project after it has been paused due to inactivity, a 25% reactivation fee based on the applicable project fee will apply, with a minimum fee of $10 USD. Resuming the project will also be subject to Helado Amarillo’s availability at that time.

Any unused deliverables or project time from a paused project do not automatically carry over or remain available indefinitely unless otherwise agreed in writing.

PORTFOLIO & USAGE

We love seeing our work out in the world! Helado Amarillo reserves the right to showcase completed work and selected elements of the creative process on its website, social media, portfolio, and promotional materials.

If a project contains confidential or unreleased information that the Client does not wish to have shared publicly, please let Helado Amarillo know before final delivery.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content, text, images, logos, brand assets, and other materials required for the project.

• The Client confirms that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use any materials provided to Helado Amarillo for the project.

• Helado Amarillo is not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, late feedback, or delayed approvals from the Client.

PAYMENT

• Payment terms may vary depending on the selected service or project.

• Unless otherwise specified, payment is due in full before design work begins.

• Final files will only be delivered once the project has been paid in full.
