Payment is made in two installments. -
4 - 8 weeks (based on feedback + refinements)

If the project cannot begin immediately due to availability in our schedule, a 30% deposit will be required to reserve your project date. If the project can begin immediately, a 70% initial payment will be required.
For projects with a reserved start date, an additional 40% payment will be due one week before the project begins.
The remaining 30% final payment will be due upon completion of the project.
Final files will be delivered once the project has been paid in full.

We offer the option to pay in 3 to 10 installments through VisaCuotas (an 8% surcharge applies).
We also accept payments through our Banco Industrial accounts in both Guatemalan quetzales and U.S. dollars.

Creative Process
Phase 01
Strategy & Personality
We’ll turn your brand’s story into a concept that lays a strong foundation for the design and creates meaningful connections with the right people.
In this phase, we’ll develop your brand’s personality based on its values, story, and vision. We’ll gather all the inspiration needed to define the visual direction and establish the style we want to achieve, along with your brand archetype and tone of voice.
The strategic side is what no one sees, but it’s just as important as the aesthetic side. A brand without concept and strategy is simply a name.
Phase02
Visual Identity
The time has come to bring your concept to life visually, creating the look and feel, along with all the final visual elements you need to complete your brand and launch your business.
We’ll create your Logo Suite with responsive variations designed to work across different formats and contexts. We’ll select a color palette that reflects your brand’s personality, along with typography that complements the overall visual identity.
This is the most exciting part of the process because it’s when we bring your brand to life and all those ideas finally start to take shape.
Phase 03
Brand Collateral
This is where we focus on designing the tangible pieces your clients will see and interact with, from your business stationery to your social media graphics. Together, all these elements give your business the tools it needs to grow successfully and build meaningful connections with your audience.
This stage will vary depending on the needs of each project. During our initial call, we’ll determine which resources and design pieces would be most functional and valuable for your brand.

A visual identity truly comes to life when it starts communicating. With Social Media Styling, we design social media graphics that maintain a cohesive, strategic visual presence while staying aligned with the essence of your brand.
This service is available exclusively to clients who have developed their branding with Helado Amarillo.
